Raw Material Inspection

In-Process Inspection
During the injection molding cycle, automated optical sorting and laser micrometers monitor critical dimensions of the barb profiles and expansion collars. Operators conduct physical check-ins every 2 hours to verify shot weight and cosmetic consistency.
Final Product Inspection
